Yes, there is a 3-month minimum commitment, as it takes at least 2 months to start seeing good results from outbound; however, it could be within a few days. We want our clients to commit for at least 3 months so we can allocate our resources properly and make sure we’ll work for at least 3 months together to create a proper outbound strategy around it.
Our monthly service fee starts at $5k per month.
The client owns all the systems, and as the client owns all the tech stack, we’re mainly added as team members in all the softwares/tools we use.
If you ever want to manage the outbound systems yourself after the initial 3-month commitment, we will provide the following resources so you can manage everything in-house
Outbound infrastructure (domains and inboxes
)Clay playbooks (they can be copied inside your clay account)
Leads and contacts (they can be added to your CRM or can be given in CSV; all the engaged leads would already be in your smartlead account)

We can also be brought in for troubleshooting and optimization at an hourly consulting fee
Sure, we can discuss this over a call. Each clay table has its own complexity, so for one-time clay builds, we charge an hourly fee of $200 per hour. Depending on the complexity of the clay build, it usually takes around 6-12 hours. Once we build the clay table, we will share it as a template with you, and you can copy it inside your clay account workspace. Any additional changes to the clay table will require extra fees at the same hourly rate.
